AAAE is excited to provide structural engineering services for the proposed Regency on the Hudson in Yonkers. The project involves the construction of a 6-story, 125-unit residential rental building above a 3-story parking garage. The podium construction enables residents to enjoy an elevated courtyard above the parking garage structure. The new building will include a variety of amenities, as well as parking for residents and the local community. The project will create much needed rental housing apartments with easy access to shopping, walking proximity to major public transportation, and additional public parking for the entire community.
