Architectural and Engineering design services for Capital Improvement Project contract. Contract work included, but was not limited to, complete parapet replacement along with structural elements, asbestos removals, façade masonry repair, architectural features and exterior lighting. Work begins with project scoping through schematic and final design phases, bidding and award and construction administration.
