Architectural and Engineering design services for Capital Improvement Project contract. Contract work included, but was not limited to, complete roof and parapet replacement, asbestos removals, façade masonry repair, site safety and electrical systems replacement, architectural features and exterior lighting. Work begins with project scoping through schematic and final design phases, bidding and award and construction administration.
