The on-going work includes a complete restoration of the bulkheads and repair of building balconies and facades as required by Local Law 11 Cycle 7A filing of SWARMP conditions.  

 

The 2 buildings are 16 stories each and comprised of a total of over 574 residential  units. The buildings were constructed in 1958 of reinforced concrete with masonry facades.
