10 buildings, 158 units

Site survey and complete design documents for the renovation/rehabilitation of all units.  Project included complete replacement of all roofing, gutters, leaders, facia boards on all buildings, trash enclosures and pool house.  Also included was ancillary drainage.

 

Bidding and award and construction administration are also included in the project services.
