The client required rehabilitation of the existing building including underpinning, new parking garage and ramps and window and storefront replacement. The project space consists of over 40,000SF of commercial office space and 6 levels of indoor parking. Over 6,000SF of windows were replaced at a cost of approximately $300,000.00. All work filed with the City of Mount Vernon, NY and completed in 2007.
