The project consisted of the replacement of the south and east elevation sliding windows with double hung tilt-in aluminum windows and screens. The existing sliding windows were not performing due to the severe ocean exposure. To achieve the required air infiltration water penetration design criteria was determined that the most economical and aesthetically pleasing solution was to install DH-HC-50 TILT-IN windows.
