A 15-story apartment building at 27th Street in Manhattan required that an Architect/Engineer file a report to provide the NYC Department of Buildings with a critical investigation of the building façade and appurtenances. This is required by law for all buildings over 6 stories in height to determine if any hazardous conditions exist on the building. The report was filed and design documents were prepared to remove the hazards and complete a permanent repair. Construction administration performed during the construction duration.
