LL11/98 & Rehabilitation Design and Support Services

The site consists of 7 high-rise apartment buildings (13 stories). The LL11/98 filings require the repair of building facades and concrete balconies. Design documents were prepared, bids received and started construction in Spring 2004. Continuing with work on these buildings in Cycle 7 and presently in Cycle 8. This phase of work is to be complete by the Spring of 2016.
