The housing corporation required an architect/engineering filing according to LL11/98. The project was inspected and filed and new contract documents were prepared for the repair and elimination of the hazards. Along with this work it requested that additional work be performed pertaining to parking garage repair, structural investigation, and boiler review. The housing corporation consists of 11 apartment buildings and 1500 cooperative apartments.
