The project consisted of LL11/98 façade repair that also included deck repair, garage repair, terrace door and window replacement, mechanical equipment assessment, and a new elevator. All phases, from contract documents, bidding and award through construction administration, was performed by our hands-on staff of professionals. The $5 million project has produced an extremely satisfied client.
