Full Inspection, Design & Construction Administration Services

The $2 million project consisted of two separate contracts; one for concrete balcony repairs and one for façade restoration. Full contract documents were prepared and administered for bidding. Assistance during the bidding and award confirmed that the complete contract was fully understood to minimize change order work.  Included in the work was the replacement of 400 doors and 2,300 windows. Quality assurance was achieved as field personnel rode scaffolds periodically to verify that contract work was being performed according to the contract documents.   Further project on site included the complete plaza deck replacement and lobby entrance upgrade.
