Window Replacement, full inspection and design services, contract document preparation, and bidding and award phases were performed for the replacement of 500 windows, including testing, balancing and window guards. The contractor, Skyline Windows installed Graham Architectural Products with a construction cost of $500K. Field inspectors were responsible for the approval of installation methods and conformance to the contract documents. All requests for contractor payment were reviewed prior to recommendation for payment release.
