Window and Balcony Door Replacement

Replacement of 1,700 double hung tilt style and fixed windows and 110 swing and sliding doors, including testing, balancing and window guards. The contractor, Tindel Replacement Windows Inc. performed the work on this $850K+ contract. Field inspectors were responsible for the approval of installation methods and conformance to the contract documents. All requests for contractor payment were reviewed prior to recommendation for payment release
