Woodlawn Veterans Mutual Housing is a 9-story reinforced concrete structure with brick masonry facades managed by Metro Management Development, Inc. under the supervision of NYS HCR. The building was constructed in 1958 and consists of 100 dwelling units located between East 234th Street, 235th Street and Katonah Avenue in the Bronx, New York. There are 22 interior garage bays that are also included in the restoration as well as the exterior asphalt area.  There are existing site drains within the paved area.
