Parking Lot Repairs & Facade / Balcony Repairs

The on-going work includes a complete restoration of over 20,000 square feet of parking area including drainage repairs pavement markings, etc. over 4.5 over the 4.5 acre site.


Another project at the site is the repair of all building balconies and facades as required by Local Law 11 Cycle 7A filing of unsafe conditions.  


The 3 buildings are 23 stories each comprised of a total of over 1,500 residential units. The buildings were constructed in 1964 of reinforced concrete with masonry facades
